2. Approval of the minutes for March 17, 2007 meeting.
3. Consideration of Agenda Items:
A. ZBA 08.02 Public Hearing to consider the request of Pamela Sterrett for a variance from the Rear Setbacks of the Dimension Standards as found in Table 3-2: Dimension Table – Lots and Principle Structures of the City of Fairhope’s Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 8550 Southwood Court, Unit D and is zoned R-4 Low Density Multi-Family Residential District. This request would result in an approximate five-foot (5’) encroachment into a required thirty-five (35’) rear yard setback.
B. ZBA 08.03 Public Hearing to consider the request of J. Clark Stankoski for clarification on the determination of whether a structure is a fence or trellis. The property is located at 361 South Section Street and is zoned R-2 Medium Density Single Family Residential District.

A. SD 05-56 Request of Gregory P. Bru for a two (2) year extension of Preliminary Plat approval for the Cottages at Point Clear, Phase II (Villas at Point Clear). The property is located on the south side of Battles Road (if headed west) just before Battles Road makes a sharp turn to the north.
B. IR 08-03 Request of Pierce Kaylor for Informal Review of a 28-unit development for property located on the northeast corner of Fairhope Avenue and Brown Street.
C. IR 08-04 Request of Trey Jinright of Jade Consulting, Inc. for informal review of a proposed PUD (Planned Unit Development) / Subdivision located at the southeast corner of Scenic Highway 98 and Parker Road.

The City of Fairhope Recycling Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 8:05 a.m. at Fairhope City Hall. The Recylcing Committee will meet on Tuesday, January 8th due to the holidays.
